01

The shift already happened

AI stopped being a research project somewhere around 2023. The companies that noticed are already years ahead. Everyone else is running out of road.

Companies are still running pilots. Forming committees. Scheduling 6-month discovery phases to decide whether they should start thinking about maybe building something.

The companies that will matter in five years are already shipping. That gap gets wider every week and it does not close on its own.

Your job isn't to follow the wave. It's to get positioned for it.

02

The opening

I read “Attention Is All You Need” and knew the world was about to break open. It was just a matter of time. I told myself: the moment the shift begins, I go all in.

When ChatGPT dropped, I was inside a Fortune 500 machine. I wrote the playbook for how generative AI could reshape every service line. They weren't ready. Too much risk. Too much process. Too little room to move.

So I stopped waiting for permission.

03

Most AI transformation is theater

Consultants sell reports. Big firms run pilots that never ship. Internal teams are stretched thin and six months behind the frontier.

Bold announcement. Strategy deck. Proof of concept that lives on someone's laptop. Then nothing.

Twelve months later the same company is back at square one with a bigger budget and less conviction. I've watched this cycle from the inside. It's why Pelian exists.

04

Close the gap

Most businesses use AI for about 5% of what it can actually do. We close that gap. We don't advise. We build.

Agents that replace entire roles. Voice systems that pick up the phone and actually handle the call. Software that learns instead of following scripts. We ship in weeks.

If it doesn't save you time or money, we won't build it. And when we're done, you own everything. Code, models, pipelines. No lock-in.

05

What comes next

The cost of intelligence drops roughly 10x every year. In three years, what takes a team of ten will take one person and a fleet of agents.

We live and breathe this. Our own team runs on the same AI we build for clients. Agents handle our research, outreach, and ops. We ship faster because we've already solved the hard problems on ourselves first.

06

One person with the right tools can now outperform entire teams. We make sure you or your team have them.

The bottleneck is no longer resources. It's nerve.
